We absolutely loved our stay! The treehouse was beautiful and we loved all of the details. The view was very relaxing and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning. We will definitely be back! Leslie
A friend and I stayed in the perch - it was so beautiful! A really nice space for two people and definitely would be comfortable with up to four. The porch bed is so cozy and comes with an amazing view. The bathroom is spacious. The kitchen area has everything you need - coffee, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is a two-burner electric stovetop to plug in, but no oven if that matters to you. The fireplace has a grill attachment so you can even cook outside! Everything was super clean and tidy. The hosts responded immediately to all our questions. The house is about 10 to 15 minutes to the downtown center of Asheville and you have to drive up a mountain to get to it so make sure you have a car that can handle that. It was a really enjoyable experience here and I would definitely recommend it. Rebecca
AMAZING place to stay in Asheville! If you want a quiet and unique lodging experience during your vacation, RUN - don’t walk to your computer to book this property!! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and only a short drive to downtown and other Asheville destinations. The communication from Caroline & Mike was very helpful, and they made our stay very personal and special - even making recommendations on their favorite things to do and see. The Hobbit Knoll is AMAZING! The architecture, interior design, and landscaping are all spot on. We felt like we were hobbits in the Shire! The round doors are extraordinary and the Mountain View’s are gorgeous! We will definitely be back! Tabitha
We had an awesome stay at the Sanctuary Treehouse…just what our family needed. While the pictures are what made us book this stay, they really don’t do the property justice. Very comfortable/cozy with every detail top-notch. The location allowed for impeccable mountain views from all rooms, but still very convenient and easy access to local amenities and downtown Asheville. Our son has already requested a future stay! Incredible place. The attention to detail is amazing. The views are wonderful, very clean and outstanding location.
